The Dungarvan County Waterford Museum presents the history of Dungarvan and West Waterford area through a series of well illustrated panels and displays, in Dungarvan County Waterford.

The Dungarvan Museum Society aims to present the history of Dungarvan and West Waterford area to the public at the Dungarvan County Waterford Museum, in Dungarvan County Waterford. The Society aims to encourage public interest in local history and to acquire and preserve individual items or collections of local interest. In 2002, the museum won the-Irish Museum Publication of the year award.

The displays in the Dungarvan County Waterford Museum depict the history of Dungarvan and subjects covered include maritime, business and artistic, photographic. there is also information on the two World Wars, The Famine and the War of Independence. Replica artefacts are available to be handled by the visitor. There are also audio visual displays showing old movies clips and images of the county.
