Preston House is an innovative restaurant set in a beautiful 300 year old building situated in the town of Abbeyleix.
Preston House restaurant is located on the main street of the award winning town of Abbeyleix. The restaurant re-opened its doors in 2012 by a talented team of Michelin trained team. Owner Danny Desmond managed Restaurants for Michelin Chefs such as Richard Corrigan and Dylan McGrath. Head Chef Robert Groot-Koerkamp was the Sous Chef for Patrick Guilbaud, the only 2 Starred Michelin restaurant in Ireland.
Preston House offers many dining options to their customers from homemade treats sandwiches to scones in the tea rooms which is open daily from 10am to 5pm.
Food enthusiasts who wish to indulge in a fine dining experience have the option of lunch or dinner from Tuesday to Sunday inclusive. The Preston House set menu is available daily for lunch.
There is a early bird menu available to guests from 6pm. The A'La Carte menu and 7 course tasting menus are available to guests from 6pm until 9.30pm.
