Ventry Blue Flag Beach 2013

Ventry Blue Flag Beach is a beautiful crescent shaped beach located in the Gaeltacht village of Ventry in County Kerry. It is a sandy beach with a small dune system, rich in flora and fauna.
Ventry Beach received its Blue Flag for 2013 and is also located in a proposed Natural Heritage Area (pNHA), Ventry Dunes and Marshes. It is located to the south west of Ventry on the Dingle Peninsula surrounding the sheltered bay of Ventry Harbour.
This beach is lifeguarded during the bathing season and further information can be found on the notice boards located at the beach.
