Parknasilla Courtyard Lodges are situated just 200m from the main hotel and just two miles from Sneem, County Kerry. Guests at these two-bedroom self-catering units can enjoy all the facilities the resort has to offer.
Located just two miles from Sneem, Parknasilla Holiday Apartments offer two-bedroom apartments just a short scenic stroll from the main hotel.
These lodges are nestled in a quiet sun-drenched courtyard. In keeping with the unique woodland area that surrounds them, the exterior buildings are traditionally finished with slate roofing, stone walls and hardwood windows.
The lodges are beautifully designed and include a large open living area and kitchen which is ideal for relaxation after a busy day of activities or a rejuvenating day at the spa. Guests can kick back on the large couches and make use of both the music system and the 26-inch flat-screen television.
There are two large double bedrooms, one of which is en suite with a bath and shower, and a separate bathroom.
Other facilities include a large selection of soft fluffy towels, hairdryer, direct dial telephones, fax/modem points, high-speed internet connection, dining table with four chairs, a full selection of crockery and cutlery, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker and ample car parking.
Full wheelchair access lodges are available with wheelchair accessible bathrooms.
Guests staying at this self-catering accommodation can enjoy all the facilities the resort has to offer, including tennis courts, indoor pool and thermal suites. The spa and leisure centre has been recently developed and has 13 treatment rooms, a thermal suite and relaxation areas overlooking Kenmare Bay.
The Parknasilla resort has a rich heritage dating back to 1692, attracting such literary luminaries as George Bernard Shaw to its beautiful location. Because of the effects of the Gulf Stream and its sheltered position, Parknasilla enjoys a genial climate where subtropical plants and vegetation flourishes.
Guests can also get active on the 500 acres of land at Parknasilla Resort with a splash in the sea, an energetic walk, leisurely bike ride or around of golf on the 12-hole golf course.
Further afield, there is plenty on offer too. Visitors can take their pick from driving the Ring of Kerry, a visit to the UNESCO World Heritage Site at the Skelligs or climbing Carrauntoohil, Ireland’s highest mountain.
