Waters Edge is a great place to spend a few days and tour the Ring of Kerry and the Ring of Beara. Kenmare is a magic town with a choice of restaurants and great music to enjoy in the bars.

Watersedge is a purpose built bed and breakfast. The beauty of Watersedge is its situation, nestled in the Sheen Woods, with fabulous views overlooking Kenmare Bay.

Each room is ensuite with power shower, hair dryer, tv and DVD. The rooms are very spacious and inviting. There is a relaxing guest lounge where guests can enjoy a tea/coffee, with great views of the sea and mountains. There is a large selection of books, information about the area and town and also some board games. Breakfast is a treat at Watersedge, the wide ranging menu includes specialities such as Noreen's brown bread and home smoked salmon amongst other locally sourced products.

Kenmare is a charming town, it has some fantastic restaurants and bars that will give you a night to remember. There are plenty of activities available golf, walking, cycling, canoeing, sailing, horse riding, pitch and put and a whole lot more. Kenmare is the gateway to two spectacular peninsulas the Ring of Kerry, and the Ring of Beara, they are both a must see, you can take your car to explore these wonderful places or there are tours available. Kenmare is also part of the Wild Atlantic Way.
