The Bread Crumb specialises in baking sourdough breads in a stone – hearth oven. In addition to a wide range of continental breads, crusty rolls, pretzels and pastries (danishes, almond croissants etc) there is a selection of cakes, tarts, tortes and seasonal specialities. The gluten free cakes and the wheat free rye bread are very popular, especially for people with a wheat allergy.
The breads are made from flour, salt and water. They are free of chemical additives, preservatives, added sugar or dairy products. In addition to tasting great the breads provide a wealth of health benefits from the sourdough leavening processes.
