Seefin Grove is a brand new development of terraced houses located in the village of Glenbeigh, County Kerry, overlooking Seefin Mountain to the front and Rossbeigh Beach to the back. Numbers four and five are two self catering houses, elegantly furnished with solid wood flooring throughout.
Each house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a fully tiled ensuite bathroom, a double queen size sleigh bed, matching lockers, a dressing table and mahogany wardrobes. This room has a large walk out balcony overlooking Rossbeigh Beach. The second bedroom has views over Seefin Mountain and features a double queen size bed in oak with matching dressing table and a full length sliding mirror wardrobe. The third bedroom is a single room with the facility of a pull out extra single bed and pine dressing table with views of Rossbeigh Beach. All three bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated.
The main bathroom upstairs has an electric shower, downstairs consists of a spacious living room with leather suite, open fire place and satellite TV. The kitchen overlooking the sea is well equipped and patio doors open out to the small secure garden with garden furniture which overlooks the sea. The utility room which leads off from the kitchen has all the laundry facilities including washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a spacious downstairs toilet and sink. The entrance to Seefin Grove has electric gates thereby adding a secure area for children to play and also secure parking.
Glenbeigh is situated by the Atlantic Ocean on the Ring of Kerry and is a small village with great pubs and restaurants. The golden sand Rossbeigh Beach is only 2km from the village, providing opportunities for walking, swimming and horse riding. The nearby Glenbeigh Hotel, one of Ireland’s oldest hotels serves great local food and there are numerous great golf courses nearby.
