Crookhaven B&B, 96 Fr. Griffin Road, Galway (proprietors Margaret and Liam O’Donovan) is a comfortable, relaxing, excellently maintained, detached two story property. It is ideally located within easy (max 10 minutes) walking distance of Galway’s most popular restaurants, bistros and pubs, artisan shops, and equally adjacent to Salthill Village with its beaches, promenade and relaxed small town character. Crookhaves B&B are also ideally located for touring by the Atlantic and driving to Connemara and to the Aran Islands ferry being on the West side of the city and just a short 5 minute drive to the countryside.
Facilities include free wifi, tea/coffee and biscuits, freshly cooked breakfast of your choice, a generous courtyard/garden or indoor lounge for relaxing. All bedrooms (double rooms and twin rooms with double and single bed) are en suite with cable TV, immaculately maintained and very comfortable.
We can arrange pick up facilities outside the gate if you are interested in taking any of the tours to the surrounding attractions such as The Cliffs of Moher and the Burren, Connemara and the Aran Islands. Information packs in the rooms tell you lots about Galway and its environs, including restaurants, pubs , local golf courses, walking or open topped city tours, and several other local attractions.
