A working harbour located at the head of Cleggan Bay. The harbour is primarily used for fishing vessels but also the ferry to Inishbofin.

A working harbour located at the head of Cleggan Bay around which a small village settlement has grown. The harbour is primarily used for fishing vessels but also the ferry to Inishbofin. The village provides facilities such as accommodation, pub, restaurants and general store for visitors to the area and to the Island.
