The menu places a strong emphasis on fresh local produce and is complemented by a carefully selected wine list. Bar food is served all day and the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. The on-site Christy O’Connor Junior golf course is one of the most scenic courses you will ever play and is internationally recognised as one of Ireland’s premier parkland courses, having hosted a televised European Challenge tour tournament in recent years. With its own private jetty, there is also a wonderful opportunity to arrange a private cruise and to explore the wonders of Lough Ree. A range of team building activities can also be catered for on-site, by prior arrangement.
