Grennan's Country House is a luxurious country retreat set in the heart of Ireland, just five minutes north west of Tullamore, County Offaly.
At Grennan's Country House you can relax and unwind in a totally stress free environment in the countryside, surrounded by fields, birds singing and fresh, clean air. Located just five minutes north west of Tullamore, County Offaly, Grennan's luxurious country retreat is set in the heart of Ireland.
Specially built in 2001, Grennan's Country House has six generous sized guest bedrooms as well as a wheelchair accessible suite on the ground floor. All six bedrooms are ensuite and include TV, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary WiFi. There is a spacious private car park for guests use. Iron and ironing board are available on request. There is a guest lounge off the main entrance hall and a large dining room allowing wonderful views of the countryside from your table. Grennan's home cooking and baking is very popular with guests.
The highly acclaimed Esker Hills Golf Course is just a short walk up the road. Visit Clara Bog and Eskers, which is five minutes away, visit the home of Tullamore Dew, just seven minutes away or visit world famous Clonmacnois, just 30 minutes away. Tullamore town, just seven minutes away, is ideal for shopping, Entertainment, Sporting Activities, Night Life, Dining, Concerts and Cinema. Grennan's Country House is located within easy reach of many of Ireland's great tourist attractions, yet rural enough to give you peace and relaxation after a hard day's sightseeing.
If you prefer self-catering, you can stay in one of the three chalets located within the grounds of the house. Each of them is fully equipped with all modern conveniences and allows the visitor that extra bit of independence.
