Combining an exciting atmosphere with quality, American-style food, Captain Americas is a great place for lunch or an evening out. The restaurant, located at 44 Grafton Street, Dublin City Centre, also features unique celebrity memorabilia.
Captain Americas brought the original burger to Grafton Street back in December 1971. Since then it has continued to serve its famous Captain America's hamburger and mouth-watering flame grilled steaks. Captain Americas offers attractive lunch deals and an early bird menu. The restaurant is fully licensed and has a great selection of cocktails, including Cocktail Pitchers (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), beers and wines.
Students are particularly welcome. The menu, drinks, live music and karaoke are said to be the perfect post-lecture pick-up following a long day in college!
Over the years Captain Americas has collected hundreds of pieces of memorabilia from visiting Irish and international celebrities, amongst others U2, Colin Farrell, Westlife, Debbie Harry, David Bowie and Green Day. The memorabilia museum creates a unique atmosphere in the restaurants.
