Cycle Inishowen offer cycling holidays of three, five or seven nights duration, as well as bespoke tours and bike hire. The perfect way to explore the beautiful Inishowen Peninsula, Co. Donegal. Bicycle mechanic services are also available.

Cycle Inishowen offer a range of holiday options depending on your length of stay, with hotel accommodation and evening meals included. Choose from itineraries of three, five or seven night’s duration, all of which culminate in a visit to Ireland’s most northerly point, Malin Head.

The routes roughly follow the path of the Inishowen 100, the first stage of the Wild Atlantic Way, but include quieter roads and break it down into approximately 30 kilometres cycling per day. All itineraries include different options of route each day, depending on your cycling abilities; making it an ideal choice no matter whether it’s your first cycling tour, a family holiday, or if you are after more of a challenge.

Inishowen has more businesses accredited with the Green Hospitality Award than anywhere else in Ireland, making us the greenest destination in the country. Cycle Inishowen is an approved eco-label and nearly every hotel and attraction we work with have also been accredited, making these holidays a complete eco-tourism package. Cycle Inishowen also offer bike hire at daily or weekly rates and there are special prices for families or groups of four or more adults. Bicycle collection and drop-off is included, along with safety wear, accessories and discounts redeemable at local businesses.

If you want to see more then why not take a guided tour to Malin Head along the Wild Atlantic Way? This tour follows the coast with spectacular scenery back across the peninsula and out over the Atlantic Ocean. Malin Head is the Wild Atlantic Way’s first Signature Discovery Point, and with good reason! Here are the remains of a WW2 army base, and the ruins of a Napoleonic tower. This is Ireland’s last frontier against the ocean; standing at the coast’s edge with the wind in your face you will feel like a true explorer. Your guide will bring you to the best photo spots and tell you about the history, wildlife and culture of Inishowen. A pub lunch is also included. If you are interested in a bespoke tour for an event, or a group activity, please get in touch. Whether you just want a good day out, or a holiday designed especially for you, we can help. Open daily from mid-March to the end of September, for bookings outside of these times please contact us. Book now online or by phone!
