Kickstart your 2018 at Castle Espie's special Saturday Wellness Sessions, which are dedicated to you and your wellbeing.
Each session starts with a 45 minute fitness burst on the Castle Espie reserve (depending on the weather), run by the amazing Chief Victoria from Tribal Fitness Bootcamps. Afterwards, you'll be given a session on Personal Energy Management with insights and self-assessment techniques, which will allow you to make the right nutrition choices, before enjoying a wonderful healthy brunch prepared by The Kingfisher Kitchen at Castle Espie.
Registered Nutritionist Dr Danielle McCarthy (PhD) from Live It Up Ventures Ltd will then provide a talk on maximising your energy, with hints and tips for mind and body wellbeing. There will be time for a Q&A with the fitness expert and registered nutritionist at these sessions.
