Neaskin Lough is one of five small lakes in West Cork, the others being Chapel Lake, Ballynacarriga Lough, Curraghalickey Lake and Lough Atarriff which hold a mixture of brown trout with some also containing rudd, tench and pike.
Neaskin Lough is located just outside Dunmanway in County Cork. It is part of a small group of lakes which contain a selection of brown trout, rudd, tench and pike.
Methods used include fly and spin and more information on fishing in this area can be obtained from the Dunmanway Salmon and Trout Angler's Association.
Open season is from 15 February until 12 October.
