The 12 purpose-built homes sit overlooking the bay and a manmade lake. Each home has three ensuite bedrooms, with the space to comfortably sleep six people. One house in the complex features five bedrooms and can sleep 10 people. Bed linen is included, while towels are available to hire.
Each house has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with TV and electric fire. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. There is also storage heating throughout.
West Cork is known for its stunning scenery, unspolit environment and warm welcome given to visitors. South-west of Ballylickey is the beautiful Goat's path, while just five minutes away to the north-west is the magnificently rugged Beara Peninsula. For scenery there is none more spectacular than Sheep's Head Way and Gougane Barra. Visitors may take the short ferry trip to Garnish Island to enjoy the beauty of its world famous Italian gardens.
