Newly converted, two guest room and two bathrooms courtyard cottage on a working beef farm.

The Boyd family look forward to welcoming you to the cottage at Cavanakirk. The picturesque courtyard cottage offers the usual home from home comforts in the heart of the Clogher Valley countryside.

The master guest room has a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and wash hand basin. The family guestroom has a double bed, single bed and room for a child’s cot if required. Adjacent to the bedroom is a separate bathroom with freestanding old style bath and shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Additionally there is a pull out double sofa bed in the lounge which can accommodate two guests.

The open plan kitchen living area is the heart of the cottage, perfect for entertaining family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with a gas Rangemaster with two large oven/grills, five burner stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The long dining table comfortably seats 12 people and is suitable for all occasions from leisurely breakfasts to intimate dinner parties.

The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and several armchairs ideal for relaxing in front of the open fire with a good book from the mini library or enjoying a movie on the flat screen television.
There is space for indoor and outdoor play and a large garden complete with swings, great for children as well as the young at heart. A barbeque can be arranged upon request.

Situated three miles from Clogher, five miles from Fivemiletown and within a 30 minute drive from the towns of Enniskillen and Omagh. The local villages of Clogher and Fivemiletown offer a selection of restaurants, coffee shops and pubs. The Clogher Valley area boasts lovely country and forest walks, horse trekking and several golf courses. The cottage is within easy reach of the Fermanagh Lakes, the Ulster American Folk Park and National Trust Properties.

Host Beryl knows the local area intimately and would be happy to assist with your holiday itinerary. A welcome basket of tea, coffee, milk and bread are also included.
