Nine low relief woodcarvings depicting stages of the life of Colmcille will be created by a group of 15 carvers.
The group will start carving in January 2013 and the final carvings will be placed on the outside wall of Pilot’s Row Centre as a public art piece in time for St Columba’s Day on 9th June 2013. We hope to tie into other 2013 celebrations with the launch of this work.
