The Dingle Dream Weavers experience begins with a guided tour of the rich historical aonach site that it is located on and then progressing to a viewing of the fascinating geological features of the cliff top landscape.
Visitors can then help to gather the sheep and assist with shearing the fleece. The dying process, how to card the wool and spin it into yarn is explained, and the basics skills of knitting/weaving will be demonstrated. Irish language fun lesson.
The Dingle Peninsula location is regarded by the National Geographic as 'the most beautiful place on earth'.
