Glandore Harbour is the perfect place to come and watch or take part in a regatta as it has a fantastic picturesque amphitheatre harbour. This is the 11th edition of this popular bi-annual event which promises to build on the spectacular showpiece that it has become.
The CH Marine 2013 Glandore Classic Regatta will include 4 days of racing (classic yachts, work-boats, dinghies, oar and sail) and prize giving; for boat-owners a cruise-in-company to Castletownshend, with island picnic, fun events, prizes and mementos for all; for traditional boat enthusiasts a parade of sail, and exhibition/lecture; and everybody can enjoy the fireworks, harbour cruises and summer barbecue.
