Wells House is pleased to announce that on 6 April, they will present their first Plant Fair in the newly renovated gardens and grounds, with over 20 specialist nurseries, all members of ISNA, participating. The Irish Specialist Nursery Association was established to represent the smaller, more specialized nurseries in Ireland. These nurseries offer a wide variety of plants, services and advice which was not generally available to the Irish gardening public before. Most of the stock these nurseries produce is propagated by themselves or sourced from other artisan producers. They usually have a wide selection ranging from the common species to the rare and obscure cultivars not normally found in the bigger retail outlets in Ireland. One can be assured of a friendly personal service from these nurseries as well as relevant advice on growing and cultivation of your chosen plants. The plants on offer will range from trees, shrubs, herbaceous perennials, water plants, grasses, ferns and succulents to garden ornaments and accessories. This will be the first time that members of ISNA have brought their plants to the South East and the chance to add something unusual and different to the garden should not be missed!
