The popular blue flag seaside beach of Ballybunion in county Kerry is an hour away and the beaches of Lahinch and Kilkee in County Clare are less than two hours away. Buses are available every hour from the local bus stop, which is within walking distance of the cottage. The local pub is 10 minutes walk away and occasionally has live music.
