Derrygarrane is an excellently situated and well equipped three bedroom cottage with breath taking views of the County Kerry countryside. This restored traditional farm cottage is situated on the owner’s farm with its own herd of Kerry cattle.

A stay at this excellently situated and well equipped cottage, in Kenmare County Kerry, will make your holiday an awesome experience. Absorb the breath taking views, the wonderful colours of the landscape, the tranquil beauty of the countryside and the cottage's farm setting. This restored traditional farm cottage is situated on the owner’s farm with its own herd of Kerry cattle. The property sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, a shower and a toilet. Downstairs there is a twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The property has a sitting room with a wood/peat burning stove and a kitchen/dining room. This property is suitable for a person with limited mobility or a wheelchair user. Pets are welcome. A cot and high chair are available on request. There is ample safe car parking and a safe environment for children. This is an ideal base from which to tour the Ring of Kerry, Beara and the Dingle Peninsula. On your return after a day’s exploration, enjoy the warm hospitality, conversation and good Guinness on offer at the local tavern. The area, as well as being on the door step of Killarney National Park, has a number of activities on offer including: hill walking on Ireland’s highest mountain, sight-seeing, heritage sights, forest and nature parks, golf, fishing, horse riding and boat trips. The award winning and picturesque towns of Kenmare 19km away, Killarney 32 and Sneem village 13km; offer excellent restaurants, pubs and shops. Kerry Airport is only an hour’s drive away and Cork less than two hours.
