The Lodges at Kilcoran Lodge Hotel are found on the grounds of the hotel in Cahir, County Tipperary. Each lodge can accommodate up to six people in three well-appointed bedrooms. The living room boasts a leather couch and armchair nestled in front of an open fireplace. It is decorated with soft relaxing colours along with a 28-inch television, making it an ideal place to unwind at the end of a busy day.
In the kitchen cum dining room, guests will find a large dining table with six leather chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the features one would expect of a holiday home, such as cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. From the kitchen, a patio door leads out onto a private decking area with patio furniture. There, guests can take in wonderful views and tranquillity of the surrounding Knockmealdown Mountains.
The lodges come with bed linen, but towels are not provided. They can be rented from the hotel. There is an extra charge for electricity and oil. Pets are allowed on request (extra charge applies).
Guests of the Lodges can make use of the on-site leisure centre (one complimentary visit per lodge guest per day). Facilities include swimming pool, children’s pool, sauna, seam room, jacuzzi, gymnasium and beauty treatment rooms. Nearby, guests can also discover walking paths, golf courses, fishing venues and pony trekking. Local attractions include Cahir Castle, the Rock of Cashel and Mitchelstown Caves.
