Glenard is within walking distance of Ardara, a heritage town located on the west coast of Donegal, 24km from Donegal Town and 13km from the fishing village of Killybegs. The area is famous for its spectacular scenery, unspolit beaches and the hospitality of its people. Nearby in Narin there is a superb 18-hole links golf course and a fabulous Blue Flag beach. Prehistoric sites such as Kilclooney dolmen, Inniskeel Island and Doon Fort are just a short drive away.
