Named after the white foamy crowns of the rolling Atlantic waves, the White Horses spa was designed by internationally renowned Irish-born designer Clodagh and opened in 2006. Inspired by the natural environment of Co. Clare, regenerative treatments using local natural salts, seaweeds, algae, and herbal extracts recall the ancient wisdom of ritual healing.

Guests can enjoy body scrubs, Thai and Swedish Massage, Basalt Stone Massage, Sea Spirulina and Mud Body Wraps, Aromatherapy and Reflexology, all adding to the overall experience of staying in one of the most luxurious 5 star hotels in Ireland.

Doonbeg Golf Course which is onsite was officially opened in 2002, and was immediately designated as Golf Digest’s “Best New International Course.”
