Bit of a climb-down here. Got the site to give me a carbon-footprint but only after some playing around. There's a glitch in the system where if you enter advanced questions (which the site allows you) without entering your personal details (which you would assume wasn't compulsory) then you miss out on half the advanced questions (which include ones about flights). This stops you getting your footprint. Still and all it's very user-unfriendly. I'm a (obviously very impetuous) techie and I found it very non-intuitive. I only went back because I couldn't believe it wouldn't work properly. Anyhow... back to work. OK. Bit of a climb-down here. Pathetic. I was defending this campaign on Shane's blog but seeing as they've launched a televised campaign pointing you towards a feature that doesn't work is beyond embarrassing.
