Any ideas how much these are gonna cost Jim? Probably a lot, eh…

I’m going anyway. Was planning on seeing Iggy but if it’s the case that the two gigs clash, there’s only one winner. And it is Prince.

niall - 2 different promoters. I think the clash of dates are a coincidence but then I am an innocent young fella from Tipperary

ivan - no, the tour is actually called Greatest Hits 4 The Last Time

    Conor - yes, indeed

Neill - Tickets from €66.50 (including booking fee) go on sale Wednesday 5 March at 8am.

Savage! Tickets FROM 66 euro so you can expect Golden Circle and other such shenanigans to be a lot more than that.

…now all we have to do is find out where he’s having his infamous all-night post-gig party/jam-session, then we can really get our funk on.

    From the MCD website…..
    Prince Cancels Concert
    News last updated: 10-06-2008

It is with great disappointment that the PRINCE concert scheduled to take place at Croke Park next Monday 16th June 2008 will no longer be taking place due to reasons beyond the control of PRINCE and MCD Productions.

While plans are underway to try and reschedule the concert for 2009, no details are confirmed at this stage thus ticket holders can obtain a full ticket refund including booking fee from their Ticketmaster point of purchase from 09.00 hrs Friday 13th June 2008.

MCD & PRINCE wish to apologise for the inconvenience caused to the 55,161 patrons who purchased tickets, to Croke Park, their customers and all the individuals who have worked tirelessly to bring the show to Dublin.
