is that new beck stuff? whats the new cadence album like? i caught the last tune you had on, pretty freaky!
Comment by co | January 21, 2008 at 11:58 amCo - That Beck tune was an one-off single from last year which I had never heard before last week. The new Cadence album is excellent - really growing on me. And wait till you hear ALL of the Our Brother The Native album. A really out-there record.
Comment by Jim Carroll | January 21, 2008 at 12:46 pmsweet, must check it out. thanks jim
Comment by co | January 21, 2008 at 2:03 pmThat Beck single was poor, I thought. Very by the numbers for him.
Only Van the Man could make Arklow seem majestic!
(Good show by the way)
Comment by Peter | January 21, 2008 at 3:50 pmI agree, Peter. “Timebomb” sounds exciting the first time you hear it but it very quickly becomes uninteresting mainly cos it’s the same riff over and over again. I’m surprised he released it at all, especially as a stand-alone single.
