Pike catches have an average weight of 3kg, but there are regular catches of 7-8kg, and record catches have reached 20kg. Catches of brown trout have been as much as 10kg.You can fish all year round, but check out Kilmore Quay Club’s website to find out the best periods for catching certain types of fish.
