Ireland’s lush countryside and diverse landscapes create the perfect environment for an increasingly popular sport, horse riding. With several stables and riding centres scattered all over the country, the equestrian community of Ireland boasts something for everyone no matter their riding level. Each stable and school offers their own activities, some specializing in trail riding and horse riding holidays, others sticking to giving lessons and helping riders improve their skill. If you’re looking for a place to start (or continue) taking lessons, or just perhaps somewhere to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life for an hour or so, you needn’t travel far.
