Set in the quiet village of Whiterock, on the edge of the beautiful Strangford Lough; lovely for a relaxing weekend or just 25 minutes drive from Belfast. With the award winning pub/restaurant, Balloo House 1 mile away or, based on the shores of Strangford Lough, Daft Eddy’s, just ten minutes’ walk around the bay. Local Attractions include walks, bird watching, sailing as well as other local activities such as golf, horse riding and canoeing and boat trips which can all be arranged, as well as one of the earliest Christian settlements in Ireland at Nendrum. The house has recently been extended and both rooms offer ensuite facilities and private patio gardens. The accommodation consists of one double and one twin room. The private guest shower rooms are adjacent and room facilities include toiletries, hairdryer, TV, tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast includes cereal and fruit juice, followed by a full cooked breakfast. Where possible local produce is used and packed lunches can be provided on request.
