The hosts specialize in providing their guests with top-notch food and service, offering freshly prepared Irish breakfasts, healthy options, vegetarian and vegan food, freshly baked breads, scones, pastries and cakes and homemade preserves. Each attractive bedroom equips guests with their own tea and coffee making facilities, TV, WiFi Internet. Onsite parking is also offered. As it is in a major Gaeltacht area, there is Irish-speaking staff, too.This is a B&B classified to Failte Ireland Four Star standards.

Location wise, the home is within close range of many great activities such as shore and lake angling, sea angling trips, horse riding, golf, walking trails, spectacular beach walks (on beaches that are also ideal for swimming), bird watching and traditional music sessions. Spiddal pier is also the base for great sea angling trips. Main attractions are also easily accessible from Ardmor Country House B&B; it’s close to the Aran Islands ferry, Connemara bus tours and the Burren. You could take a short journey to Kylemore Abbey, Spiddal, Lough Corrib, Cong, Westport or Galway City with a problem. The city is 18 kilometres from the house via the adjacent R336. Restaurants are to be found within walking distance as are a number of quaint craft and gift shops. Those wishing to take a scenic drive can enjoy the South Connemara Coastal Drive, a stunning route taking in the lush valleys and craggy crops of Connemara.
